How do I request spare parts for my MGM product?

What is covered under the warranty?

Our warranties cover manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use and proper maintenance. This includes structural integrity, waterproofing, electrical systems (per product category), and coating performance. Damage from misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

Do you provide on-site installation support?

Yes. For large-scale projects (solar farms, steel buildings, prefab housing complexes), we provide on-site installation supervision and technical guidance. Our engineers travel to your project location to ensure correct assembly and commissioning. Remote video guidance is also available for smaller installations.

How quickly can I expect a response?
