This milestone marks one of our largest modular housing deployments in the Middle East, providing comprehensive living solutions for 2,400 workers across three strategically located sites.

The NEMO project, located in the mineral-rich Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, required rapid deployment of worker accommodation to support mining operations expansion. MGM Group was selected as the primary modular housing contractor, delivering three complete camps within a 14-month timeline.

Camp Details

Camp Alpha — Main Operations Base

The largest of the three facilities, Camp Alpha serves as the primary accommodation for senior staff and technical personnel supporting core mining operations.

Capacity: 1,000 workers
Buildings: 120 modular units (80 staff dormitories, 40 management quarters)
Amenities: Central dining hall (800 seats), recreation center, medical clinic, prayer rooms, laundry facilities
Utilities: 2.5MW power generation, water treatment plant (200m³/day), sewage treatment system

Camp Bravo — Northern Extraction Site

Positioned 35km north of the main operations base, Camp Bravo supports the northern extraction zone with dedicated housing for heavy equipment operators and field technicians.

Buildings: 96 modular units (standard dormitories)
Amenities: Satellite dining facility (400 seats), fitness center, internet café, canteen
Utilities: 1.5MW power generation, independent water supply, backup systems

Camp Charlie — Logistics & Maintenance Hub

Supporting the logistics corridor between extraction zones and processing facilities, Camp Charlie houses maintenance crews, logistics personnel, and support staff.

Utilities: 1MW power generation, integrated logistics support infrastructure

Technical Specifications

All modular units were manufactured at MGM Group's dedicated prefab housing facility and shipped to Saudi Arabia in stages. Each building features:
