MGM Group has entered into a strategic partnership with Weber Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH, a renowned German engineering firm specializing in structural design and modular construction systems. The partnership aims to co-develop next-generation prefab housing and steel structure solutions tailored for the European market, combining MGM's manufacturing capabilities with Weber's engineering expertise.

A Meeting of Expertise

Weber Ingenieurgesellschaft brings over 30 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong portfolio in DIN and Eurocode-compliant designs. Their team of 120+ engineers has delivered projects across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, with particular expertise in modular construction and industrial steel halls.

MGM Group contributes its vertically integrated manufacturing infrastructure — from raw material processing to finished product assembly — and deep experience delivering industrial solutions to over 50 countries. Together, the partnership creates a powerful combination of design precision and manufacturing efficiency.

Key Areas of Collaboration

European Market Focus

Europe's modular construction market is projected to reach $22 billion by 2028, driven by housing shortages, sustainability mandates, and the need for faster construction methods. Germany alone accounts for approximately 30% of the European modular construction market, making it the natural starting point for the partnership's joint offerings.

"Partnering with Weber gives us direct access to European engineering standards and local market knowledge," said MGM Group's VP of International Business. "Their design expertise, combined with our cost-efficient manufacturing, allows us to offer European clients a compelling value proposition — German-engineered quality at competitive pricing."

First Joint Projects

The partnership has already secured its first two projects: a 2,400 m² industrial warehouse near Stuttgart and a 48-unit modular housing development outside Munich. Both projects are expected to break ground in Q1 2024 and will serve as reference installations for future European clients.
